Steps to certification

1. Sign up to start the certification process.
   You will submit an application along with purchasing the certification, which includes a one-time fee of $199.99. During the checkout process, you must agree to the ProStores Certified Designer Membership Agreement.
2. Present your portfolio.
   Your portfolio will be reviewed by the ProStores Design Team. This portfolio must include access to or files for two live sample ProStores ecommerce sites.
3. After you pass the review, you will receive your ProStores Certified Designer certification.

But that's not all that comes with being a Certified Designer...

More exposure

1. Join the Certified Design Community. This is the place where you will interact with other deisgners and get updates relevant to designing for ProStores. You'll also be able to download the Certified Designer logo that you may use on your own site. Being an active part of the Certified Designer Community is a requirement to retain your Certified Designer designation along with a yearly review.
2. Set up your profile for the Certified Designer Community and for the Certified Designer Directory. The information that you provide in this profile along with a link to your company logo will be what is displayed in the Certified Designer Directory.
3. Have an interview with the ProStores Design Team so that we can get to know you and your work. This certification is more than just a simple badge, it's a community of designers here to help promote and prosper the ProStores merchants and each other.
4. Lastly, create a ProStores exclusive landing page on your company site. Once your ProStores landing page is approved, we'll link your page up with our Designer Directory and you'll start getting business directly from ProStores.com.

More opportunities

• Work Referrals. Some times merchants have specific custom work request for design or add-ons that go beyond the current offerings found at the ProStores Template and Services site. That's when we look to our Certified Designers and Consultants. To be eligible for this work referral opportunity you will need to provide 3 client references along with their live sample site that can be reviewed. You'll get a new client and ProStoresTemplates.com will get a 10% referral fee.
• Sell your products and services on ProStoresTemplates.com. In order to sell products or services on ProStoresTemplates.com you will need to complete the Template & Service Contributor Agreement and package your products according to the store guidelines. Then you may submit your products to the store for approval. It's just that easy!
